Acceptance of terms
By using this site to browse our menu or place an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site to order — you're always welcome to reach out to us directly instead.
Orders & pricing
All donuts are made to order. Prices shown at checkout are final at the time of purchase; we reserve the right to change menu prices at any time going forward. Flavors are subject to weekly availability and may sell out.
Pickup
Orders are pickup-only at 158 Hulse Rd, Jonesborough, TN 37659 (or the Kingsport Farmers Market on Wednesdays), within the pickup window you select at checkout. Please pick up on time — because everything is made fresh to order, we can't guarantee quality for orders picked up significantly late.
Payment
Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. You may also choose to pay in person at pickup. By placing an order with online payment, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the order total, including any tip you add.
Limitation of liability
We make every effort to accurately list ingredients and allergen information, but our kitchen handles common allergens (wheat, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts) and we can't guarantee any item is completely free of cross-contact. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
