How do I order?+
Use the Order Online button to build a box, pick your flavors, choose a pickup date and time, and check out as a guest or with an account. You can also message us on Facebook if you'd rather order that way.
How far ahead should I order?+
Since every donut is made to order, we recommend ordering at least a day ahead — especially for larger boxes or weekend pickups, which fill up fastest.
Do you deliver, or is it pickup only?+
Pickup only, at 158 Hulse Rd, Jonesborough, TN 37659. We're also at the Kingsport Farmers Market on Wednesdays.
What are your hours?+
Thursday–Sunday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM for pickup. Wednesdays you'll find us at the Kingsport Farmers Market instead. Closed Monday and Tuesday.
How do I pay?+
You can pay online by card at checkout, or choose to pay in person when you pick up your order.
Do flavors change from week to week?+
Yes — we rotate our flavor lineup weekly from our full menu. Check the Available This Week section on our Flavors page for what's in stock right now, or follow us on social media for updates.
Can I request a custom flavor or order for an event?+
We love event and pop-up requests. Send us a message on Facebook with your event date and details and we'll let you know if we can make it work.
